Hard work, smart work or whatever, the fact is, wealth is work. When this underlying principle is accepted then it becomes easier to take the next step. Capture me right, you have side with one of those two or both if it works well with you. A starter who wants to build wealth mostly starts with the hard work phase, the later is the both phase and the final is staying smart.
I will be centering this article on the behavioral patterns within this ecosystem. I have been on the Hive platform for a while and I must say making the most of it has to do with how you can strategize. Some show up daily, others once a week, others once a month and others perhaps quarterly or yearly depending. When. I joined Hive, there were some accounts I used to engage with and ALL of a sudden they faded out.
The thing to note is, some may fade out in presence but not in profit. Are they still working? Of course, this is where stakes speak. Although I will always encourage everyone to do their best to show up daily on this ecosystem.
The entire thing is, you don't tell people what to do because you do not know their current situation or daily routines. It can be choking and life priorities set in.

So this first set I just mentioned is the ‘stakes speaks’ set of people. You can't undermine their importance especially in a downtrend market, they help to provide the needed support so that price doesn't break beyond the expected. All the are after is their rewards, something they are placing value on in the long run.
I can tell some fellas who always do their best to show up, they have reasonable stakes already and are always on the frontline when it comes to everything concerning platform growth. At least I can talk of @taskmaster4450, @bradleyarrow, @bala41288 and @cryptoandcoffee and others I won't be mentioning.
There is also an advantage in doing this. In short, it is this set that makes the most out of the ecosystem. Putting both your time and your stakes on this platform is like doubling or tripling your daily earnings.
I give that thumbs up for them, you can say, their rewards speaks, nevertheless, never undermine commitment. The advantage of this set of persons to this platform is that they both help in liquidity management and platform liveliness. There are times where the bouncing back of an ecosystem is dependent on experience and long standing investors.

We have to admit this, at current market prices, not all may feel like putting up any article. But when these guys show up with activities, it shows they still believe in this platform which triggers the needed positive mentality.
The third set will be those who are the upcomers. This set shows up daily and has few stakes (gradually building for some). Rewards here are dependent on daily showing up and countless engagements.
I know most times this set is chuckled at; the widespread reason is that they are mostly extorters (as assumed). Nevertheless, my own view is always this; ‘don't tell anyone how to spend his hard earned money’. Not everyone will have the same investor mindset like you. Are these people important to this ecosystem?
Take them off and you will barely get a handful of activities in this ecosystem. They are the point of focus for new comers, a busyless platform is likely not to attract incomers and investors alike. LEO needs Threads, the entire Hive ecosystem needs engagement, everyone must be carried along.
To conclude, let me add, to make the most of Hive it can either be your time, your money or both. Hive aside, it happens in every part of our daily businesses. It is either you will send money to work as an investor, work in line with your money as an entrepreneur or work for the money and the employee. The choice is yours, do well to strategize well to meet up with financial freedom if that is actually a concern to you.

A brilliant dissection of platform behavioral economics. These three layers form a symbiotic ecosystem: major stakeholders provide stability, daily active users drive engagement, and newcomers represent the platform's growth potential.
