I was thinking of covering this article yesterday but I had to delve into something else. Another wonderful Sunday and indeed it was a duty call. Ok, I was much prepared in the case of today as of last week. I talked about the church planting experience last Sunday and we were back today. When you plant, you have to monitor or a proper follow up as I should say.
‘God makes it to grow’ just as Apostle Paul said; nevertheless, in-between there are planter and waterers. There is nothing to personally boast of anyway, it is ALL a privilege. God can decide to use anyone to do his business, if such an opportunity comes knocking, do well to embrace it with all humility. By concerns is that many should be saved in this noisy world.
There are a lot of strategies that has been put in place by Satan and his evil counterparts to frustrate this. The good news is, he is and will remain he failure. Our Lord Jesus did triumph over them all. ‘Having spoiled principalities and powers, he made an open spectacle of them, triumphing over them all in the cross’---Colossians 2:15.

You may be wondering how the entire thing I am currently saying relates with the article topic. Ok, most times, I write through inspirations and it in the end it always connect and as we speak, I have met the connection. Value is shifting, it was something I discussed yesterday about how Elon Musk talked about an optional job industry.
When something becomes optional, it means there is another thing filling in. The world has no place for voids; ‘nothing’ if you look from a professional eyes is something. We can relate it back to how noisy the world is becoming. When talking about Christ and salvation, many see you as a joker.
In short, you become so obsolete in their eyes. It seems you lack what to do with your time. Why? Simple but yet a pity because something else is feeding in. ‘While men slept, the enemy came and planted thorns’. The distractions are much; worry about this and that. Competing and comparing yourself with mates. The rough music and video industry moves in to still attention. How about the social media. There is a big covering cast over the face of the Earth that men hardly want to hear or know the truth.

The pursuit of money seems a do or die affair. In short, many have misquoted the Holy Scriptures just to meet their selfish need; ‘money answers all things’. Please don't join in this mentality. When reading Ecclesiastes 10:19, do well to start from verse 1 so that you can get the context of the message. To summarize it, money answers ‘limited things’, period.
Talking of the efficiency of money, it seems we are heading into an era of useless money. This was what Elon musk discussed also in a Forum meeting. government will take over the cares of the citizens in the near future. Already we are seeing the fast pace of artificial intelligence taking over the job industry.
His focus was on UBI (Universal Basic Income); an unconditional sum of money given to citizens by government irrespective of both income and employment status. This is the government stepping in to say, we’ve got you covered. This is not about how much you want to earn but about what sustains your daily living. Not bad right, well, it also depends on the lens at which you are looking from. If government decides everything about your well being then it can also be a snare.
To conclude, let me add, a time is approaching when fat bank account will no longer speak, it is an age of authoritarian government, one like never before. Citizens will have to bend to government rules. So the big question is, what if this rules are unethical for believers? It is worth the worry? Of course as a believer you know worry doesn't solve problems just as our Lord Jesus said. The solution is to get prepared for whatever is coming.
