Work Habit overload

Most times we just feel like getting ALL things done so we can get that one time long relaxation period. It can be a bad idea. No man is an Island of knowledge anyway and in this article we are going to delve into some regular habits that need to be curbed depending actually on your views at the end of your read through.

Talking of overload, maybe we should swerve a little to what is happening between Wana bros and Netflix. Jeff Bezoz is planning a big investment move, something that many feel will shoot their video's stance to a trillion dollar industry. Not bad but the in-between talks is the overload. How will this two different industries merge to put out the needed long run profit. Personally, I am thinking why Netflix would choose to buy Wana bros studios in the midst of a rising tides of artificial intelligence.

Maybe I am shot of knowledge but my views remains, are they after movie production in essence or just salvaging their gaming industries to stay in profit. The first seems a tight corner just as I earlier said, the rise of AI will introduced self made videos, something that is already panicking the entire Hollywood. Turning into gaming, I think there is a huge fan base here; there is a high population of the teenage and youth age who are die-hard on this.

Let's just watch to see how the entire deal will work out after the assumed 12 to 18 months for complete finalization. Yes, we are talking of a year to a year plus for a complete handing over. At least this shows how big the entire process is aside from having the purchasing capital. They will be biting in but by but until the whole process is completed. And also bit by bit until they can finally incorporate into profit.

Ok, my own main view for this article was our working habit; work straight so you can also relax straight. It sometimes does work when you are part of a bigger process; your work schedule is tied to some minimum amount of time. What happens when your work limit is tied to nothing? Consider being self employed and gradually trying to build up your brand. It can be hectic because in short, you have no actual working hours.

Yes, sometimes you will have to push day and night and this is where I really want to address it. ‘Stress can kill’ or at least tamper with mental behaviors to some sort. This article is most concerning to workaholics entrepreneurs who spend so much time trying to figure out things. Let's say, you have a work load that will give you eight hours sleep in the next two days.

How do you tackle it so that you can at least maintain good health after the entire procedure? Some choose to dive in straight. The idea is to entirely finish the whole job and have a remaining time to relax. This from my view is a bad idea. I can talk from my own experiences, how working straight will shrink my out and I will have to gradually climb back health wise.

So what's the best step here? Why not put in your rest time in-between some resealable hours. Those who introduced break time weren't dumb, at least one bad experience must have caused many to agree on its importance. A one hour rest or sleep will do you much better than trying to work 20 hrs and sleep for four in the respective days.

To conclude, let me add, I know there are also things like brain efficiency to consider when applying this technique. Yes, it gets difficult at time to bounce back in tactical knowledge when you’ve gone to sleep. Nevertheless, one also need to admit that sleep also helps to awaken ideas.

Prioritise your health over workload that will hamper it. In the end, no matter how much you make, if your good health/healthy living was what you sacrificed then such rewards become futile. Trust me, a millionaire or billionaire on constant sick bed is none at all.
