I was expecting that anyway and well even with that, there is still another round to cover. We are looking at a sleepless night here. I earlier said in my last article that I have refused to panic, it will in no way solve the problem. In the process of staying calm, there have been forgotten alternatives.
customers can be surprisingly annoying sometimes. Oops, sorry I had to spill that out but being an entrepreneur is about containing customer behaviors, actions and inactions. In short, an entrepreneur is a middleman in-between two customers; one external while the other is internal.
It is your duty to put both workers and customers in order. It has been a stressful one coordinating both parties today; contract worker on procrastination while customers keep banging on the phone. It still boils back to the need to expand my workforce and currently it needs the right, smart and efficiently deployable tactics.
I discussed with my co-partner this morning that we need to cut our energy usage to an affordable rate that can keep business premises on constant lighting and work. Ok, my focus turned to inverter batteries and solar panel system and it is a research I will have to really delve into and fast enough.
The reasons I do get much disappointment from my contract worker is because there is likely to be no extra energy left for his personal usage in the process. Adding to that, work has to be timely and very precise in the absence of general electricity.
It was a question I had to ask my co-partner, how can we get some needful machines running for at least four hours daily without generators and general electricity. If we can resolve this, then we will win over workers' hearts. A friend once told me a financial slogan he termed ‘economic waste’ and I always do my best to fit it into daily business. check the overall activities of small scale businesses and you will find out a lot of spare losses.

A solar panel of 700K to N1 million can do a lot but most times we care about that whooping expenses. In the end, a generator or N300K let's assume for the prefered option. So how did it end? Have you considered constant fueling? How about servicing and maintenance?. In one year assuming you spend N1500, you end up with expenses around N430K plus generator price and servicing.
The fact is, any business or business idea without enough capital will be a struggle. Many small entrepreneurs know what to do but enough capital remains a big barrier. If I could have an Inverter solar system that could Power my entire business or at least 50% of it for four hours daily, we will be delivering faster and very well timed.
ALL this exhaustion on weekends comes as a result of poor general electricity circulation. Some days they may choose to give light in the night or late in the evening when you are about to round up work. Yes, we are humans and I wouldn't advise that workaholic mentality. That's how work keeps piling up till the weekend and you get too loaded.
To conclude, let me add, many customers may not understand, this industry is very energy demanding. Most time, service price when converting to generator use is a complete loss. I am speaking from experience here. When you see me working to go big, there are so many advantages attached to it. Good pricing is one of those because without standard, be very prepared to be tossed around.
