I really like HBD but it is not a 'stablecoin' exactly, it's the Hive Blockchain Debt, although it's value stabilizes around $1 worth of HIVE. It is not dollar backed, but BTC and HIVE backed. I would be in favour of changing it to represent "0.045/oz of Silver worth of Hive", which is about $1, but that seems unneccecary. I have ready many users talk about how HBD being represented as a DOLLAR is only because BTC is valued in US Dollars. There is a new interface called HiveDEX that is an alternative to the internal market, https://hivedex.io/ , I am always happy to see new DAPPs arrive.
HBD is not a dollar stablecoin, but Hive Blockchain Debt, and you can always trade it for about $1 worth of Hive.
