The Leonardo ISS Module in 2000 at the Kennedy Space Center being prepared for its first flight to the ISS.

Leonardo was built by the Italian Space Agency. Construction started in April 1996 and the module was delivered to the Kennedy Space Center in August 1998.
Originally called the Leonardo MPLM (Multi-Purpose Logistics Module) it was used to ferry items to an from the ISS via the Space Shuttle.
The Leonardo MPLM made several trips to the ISS before being reconfigured as the PMM (Permanent Multipurpose Module) and being left attached to the ISS on the last flight of Space Shuttle Discovery.
Today, the Leonardo module is used for storeage and as a personal hygiene area.
