I remember all this models, use to work at Dell tech support over the phone, was my first job
I had a Dell Latitude D620. It died twice on me. Fixed under warranty the first time. Problem was the nVidia GPU which had big problems at the time.
I remember cases like that, having thermal issues that kill GPU due to bad design of heat sink, once it was consider a recall they go with those who call in and exchange them for better models

It originally shipped with Windows Vista but can support Windows XP through Windows 10 and of course Linux.

A 4GB RAM limit, lack of dedicated GPU and relatively low resolution (for its size anyway) are its weak points.
