Everyone has different kind of thought process, so I can't judge. But did you ever let him know that you don't like spamming? Maybe he would have respected your choice. Maybe he had no idea that it could be bothering someone. I'm just guessing 🤔
He has choice he knows he is spamming me. still continues one after another time. I changed the city but he still spams things not even relevant to me.
