Is it always a good thing to talk negative on post on internet or some people are special to be always negative?

I think some people are frustrated with life and they do not have courage to confront the people in real life, so they express it online because no one knows them and will never find them or make them face consequences for their words.
It's always good to share your opinion; maybe those people will take it into account.
