Yesterday I replied to Intishar about the subject. In addition to that, I must say that a lot depends on the development there, are there good apps being build, etc.
The overall sentiment isn't that great at moment from what I can see.
I am also leaning towards ETH L2 chains.
Yeah, some good options there like Arbitrum & Base
