stable stuff is always best to pay for "stable costs"... if premium would be tomorrow costed in LEO, then this all perspective of what to use as payment would change.
I haven't used $LEO to pay for premium, I have always used $HBD and that's my best option. I wouldn't advice anyone to pay with $LEO because we are on the road to experiencing LEO becoming more valuable.
I've always used $HBD - $LEO would for sure be even less recommendable now, due to its incoming scarcity 🙃.

Yes that's what I thought too. With arbitrum performance it would be scarce for sure with time.

Well, not exactly. Unless you mean the amount of LEO that would be earned on any curated content, then, yeah because no more minting of LEO.
