That is how I operate when coffee too late in the day.

I drink green tea at night all the time and it never keeps me up as long as I don’t pound it. Coffee on the other hand….

This is usually me as well. Green tea is more relaxing and I have no problem sleeping (unlike with coffee), but, well... one never knows when caffeine is involved. This could be the evening my body freaks out at it.

Stretching can get the blood flowing and everything moving through the body quicker and smoother 😉
