If anyone has been watching the charts recently, HIVE has been on a relatively steady rise of the last couple of weeks.
At the time of writing, HIVE officially hit 0.18, a number that we haven't really seen in months. While the increase may seem relatively small, when you take into account the accounts who are powering down at the moment to cover their costs in fiat currencies, this should in theory, lessen the powerdown. Since each HIVE is worth more than how much it was now :)
All in all, with LEO's ever increasing popularity and crypto world's constant pumps, HIVE has been on a steady rise in various platforms (Coingecko and Coinmarketcap) rankings.
There are currently various projects on Hive contributing to the popularity of it. Be it LEO, 3Speak and other projects that utilize Hive. I am still expecting a game with similar popularity to Splinterlands where we can advertise and play the heck out of it though.
If you are reading this post and wondering if you should sell HIVE or LEO... No. HODL! So far, by HODLing my liquid HIVE, I made quite a lot of money and I'd recommend that anytime.
