Uses are ever so slowly starting to pop up... and the ones you mention would definitely qualify as uses. The big deals are going to be when an organization like eBay or Amazon starts accepting Bitcoin or another currency. AND when a place like Hive actually develops a peer-to-peer marketplace (like an eBay/Craigslist sort of thing) where the native currency is crypto, not just crypto-converted-to-fiat.
