Bei mir das Selbe, habe nur das Problem, dass meine Karte im Oktober abläuft und ich mit der immer Hotels für Conventions auf denen wir sind buche und das für November dadurch nicht geht. Auf Nachfrage konnten die mir auch nicht helfen und meinten nur, dass paar Wochen vor Ablauf eine Mail kommt was man dann machen muss...
Werd wohl eine weitere Karte bei einem anderen Anbieter machen, wenn die das nicht hinbekommen...
