A damn good question and such a complex topic
A country needs money, but the actual tax system is wrong - people with a lot of money or global companies reduce the tax they have to pay to a little.
Changing this system is not „easily“ possible so it need to be rebuild. But how??
It needs to be redrawn from a blank page!
