What is your opinion on intermittent fasting? I have been doing that twice a week and it has helped me reduce weight and reduce some toxins in body too. Helps with meditation on the side. What's your diet usually?

I think it's a very good move, sleep and diet play a huge role in mental health, I am trying to start eating healthier I can't really do fasting since I'm very skinny and my body doesn't have much fat reserves so I feel faint if I don't eat !BBH
