My intuition says that those who are willing to be inconvenienced, will end up earning more.
Let the AI and automation comes in. A lot of jobs would be dying. And introverts struggling and those who are into extrovert jobs and soft skills would make more money. Onlyfans wont be disrespectable job anymore. Automation is going to get brutal.
