You know, market orientation is to satisfy the customers, and filling the needs of the customers. And when we have filled the needs, we should earn money on our attempts, and we should do that in relation to the customers and what they are from time to time.
So, market orientation, that is about giving marketing attempt to the organizations, and be oriented in such ways as to be effective and confident and credible in the ways that we are operating as an organization in the markets. And we should be engaged with learning in different channels, and we should make competitive advantages of nations and of firms in the short run and in the long run, especially in the long run.
You know, market orientation is about giving the organization in question all the knowledges that are necessary in horizontal, vertical and lines on crisscross in the departments in the organization, and where we should know enough to run the organization in properly manners. So, you know, the organization in question should be filled with strong and good enough competence, and we should earn money on what to know, and our knowledges should be oriented in the right ways.
So, why should we be concerned about market orientation? Well, there are some nice effects of it, and these things are about knowing the relevant things to know, earning enough money on our efforts and affairs, and making the most plausible and real philosophy of why the company we are within is here today. We should collect the information from the markets, and we should spread the relevant information to the right people, in such cases that we need to know what to know, and what we know now is good for managing the organization in properly ways.
You know, philosophy, that is the love of wisdom. And there can be much doubt about many attempts in the organization, and we cannot know all things that should be done to any time, and therefore we should be focused and sometimes free, and we should do things that are remembered, and that we can use to make the vision and the mission of the organizations, and that there should be points about what we are doing within the organization and into the markets.
You know, writing these dissertations is easy. But instead of doing as all other people are doing in the systems, we should find where to be and why. And market orientation can be used in any of the organizations in the private sector, and we need to do what is required of us. And market orientation is really about using marketing and the knowledges we know in marketing, to make the organization in question to operate sensible, and to get the good reputation in the markets. And we have different organizations using the market orientation, and we should love the employees, and many attempts with market orientation are about travelling, and we can alo use other attempts where we are learning things and getting profitability from time to time, and from place to place.
So, be engaged with delivering your efforts and your manners to the organizations, and fill the markets with philosophy and information, and maybe we are stronger with doing strategies when coming to prices and quality, and we should also do the marketing attempts, with giving marketing strategies as products, prices, places and promotions. So, this is the way on how we are doing the markets efforts, and we should fill the needs of the customers and the employees, and the organization should be worked in properly ways. And we should also have a good and clear culture, and we should forget production orientation, product orientation and sales orientation.
