Simple is to use Keychain App for this things or PeakD. Did you try that? First power up to your account and then delegate to the account you want

What are you using? (peakd, ecency, keychain...) Also double check if the name of the account you're delegating to is correct (if you're doing it through peakd it should display the account's avatar when you put the right name in).
