When I drink my glasses of water I also like to crush a celtic sea salt grain before I drink it. It helps getting H2O in your cells. Plus, celtic salts has many benefits for us in minerals.
I live near the Toronto, Canada region. I can't find it at any of the stores/grocery stores. I found it on amazon. ANd if you search on YT Barbara O'Neil Celtic sea salt, a british older lady she will explain it way better than I can. And I trust her. But beware other social media like FB she is not there, you will see account with her but its all BS. They using her video/images to get you to buy.
One of the most important constants of my health and fitness journey for ten years. I eliminated a lot of the crap and replaced it with drinking water instead. I do drink energy drinks but hey I'm not perfect lol.
It's always good to drink water in the early hours of the morning. I prefer taking warm water or slightly hot water at least 1000ml (1 litre) within 2 hrs when I wake up in the morning
Had no idea there is an amount of water to be taken according to body weight.

1000 ml is it OK to begin the day?
sounds like a good start !PIZZA
Thats true.
200 ml = 1 glass
That is 5 glasses
Even one glass is sufficient to start the day.
Drinking it at intervals throughout the day is better
