It depends. What do you want to do it with it?
You need to deposit firdt bedire trading on Leodex so....
USDC is best on arbitrum (lowest fees, but to swap only works on MAYA) or on Ethereum (USDC swappable also on Thorchain, but with a lot higher fee). So it depends on your preferences...
Why not ask in discord channel to get quick response
