2/ The incident occured at Erste Bank in Gundulić Street, opposite city's courthouse and in close proximity of police headquarters.
3/ The incident ocurred shortly before 12:00 local time (11:00 UTC). The robber apparently tried to take a security guard hostage before being shot dead by two policewomen that happened to be nearby.
