That thing isn't going anywhere. Even Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House, told that Trump can't get third mandate unless someone changes US Constitution, which, in practice, usually needs at least 10 years. A lot might happen between now and 2028, but Trump rising to such insane levels of popularity for 38 states to speedily ratify the amendment simply isn't likely.
