First of all, I thank you for the quality and constancy of your content. You're one of the best authors I know around here.
The content niche that I chose has never been very lucrative but I'm satisfied number-wise. I soon realized that if I focused on the upvotes, I'd often experience frustration. What you mention there about not judging one's own quality through these figures, is an essential point for anyone starting their project here.
I use Hive, as I've used my Runes, to organize my daily life as well as to explore the topics that concern me personally. I've built up enormous discipline through it precisely because of what you say about the lack of deadlines and guidelines imposed by others. This perspective has helped me to also increase my motivation, because it's a source of pleasure and I fulfill my purpose doing it.
This is a very insightful and relevant post. Blessings!
Thank you so much. As for my contents I do not know if they are lucrative. However I do know that there are so many people whose contents are impactful but they might not be financially attractive. On the Hive blockchain value is actually relative. This is why we have the opportunity to create communities where contents are relevant to the people who are in these communities.
Overtime I do not think looking at figures will exactly encourage somebody to continuously stay here especially when it comes to uses retention.
One of the things I tell people here is that if you are intending to grow as a content creator and add figures to the content you create then a little dynamism would go a long way.
I see how your content tend to revolve around your lifestyle and this is absolutely astonishing because you have been consistent without looking at the rewards whatsoever. Eventually it will change I mean the value you get in terms of the content
