I believe regular work is good when it our business and putting extra work for that actually makes a lot of sense but working extra for another don’t really have much benefits apart from all the praises and it a way of using us

Praises or status doesn't pay the bills in most cases, something we fail to realize at the work place and do almost anything for it, it might be worth it of it comes with benefits.
