The thing about price is that it has a way of triggering us because we all want the price of what we owned to keep going up, even when the asset we owned is not doing well in the market or is undervalued and we act as if we don't care the truth is we truly care about the price because it is everything.
We have undervalued projects and one of those things that tell if a project is undervalued is the price, and that is what most smart investors go after because of the opportunity to buy when everything is low and cheap but what differentiates the smart investors from bad investors.
Most bad investors also do their findings and they know when a project is undervalued but they can risk the fact that the price is tanking and what they are waiting for is the bubble when everything is going up .when they make little profit they back off or immediately the price starts to tank and they sell in lose.
What does the price tell you.
No profit is bad as long as you're making money but the difference between a thousandaire and a billionaire is just a mindset and how you see things. Price means a lot in the market but the truth is the price doesn't show you everything and does not tell you the full story of a project.
We have so many projects with high prices in the market but they are Ponzi and sometimes they are even obvious that are Ponzi but people still put their hard earn money into it because of the price and that is the main reason some of us don't get it right in the financial market we don't want to risk our money by risking money in what we know it doesn't have any future.
Price foot price
When people want to invest the question on their minds is how much will I make within this period, we all want to go where the money is and follow the bubble and price is the perfect trap, price feeds our minds with the ability to make easy money but most people fall for this trap. Price should not be the only reason we invest in a project because it doesn't tell the full story.

I agree that price shouldn't be the only reason. The value that an application provides is important and projects like Hive/LEO have a clear structure where they can provide value.
Price is only one aspect of looking at the value of a particular asset. To have a clearer view of what an asset is worth, we have to look beyond the price and see what the other aspects reveal about the value of an asset. Underpriced assets tend to have more intrinsic value than overpriced assets.
