What I like to do is go drive around the city to different ER's. If the parking lots aren't full up and there isn't an ambulance every 5-10-15-20 minutes (just get Burger King and wait), it's pretty clear that that hospital isn't in crisis. I've done this at all 4 ER's in my small/medium-sized city. They're never full and they're never in panic mode. Our county seat would have you clutching your loved ones in bubble suits, however, with how much fear they're drenching their entire existences and "service" in.

Sadly that's why many aren't in that class. Typically people are only allowed to be in that group if they have dirt on you so they can blackmail you into staying compliant.
There's definitely some sketchy shit going on, hospitals near us are always "at capacity" whatever that means. Ignore the floors that are shut down, there's no room!
