I am exceptionally proud of the Synergy Fund, sometimes it seems like a secret and special token around these parts - its not much of a secret but still I love when people tell me that they found it and have accumulated a few. My hope today is to give you a round view of what INCOME is and what we do, plus what we plan to do in the future. Perhaps this will convince you to hold some, perhaps not, I am not that great of a salesman/hypeman after all.

What is Synergy?
Synergy, in my eyes is a secret and little understood leverage point in the world we live in. It might be a law of the universe, I guess I don't know enough to tell you how universal it might be. But let me tell you the original idea I had as it regards our tiny corner of the crypto world here on HIVE:
What if instead of just buying a token and hoping it goes up, I helped the project towards its goals and increased the probability that it achieved success - Would this materially increase my internal rate of return? The answer to this question so far has been yes - more like YES.
In this process we have not only achieved massive success for the fund, but I have also added value to myself in the process, gaining knowledge of best practices and even picking up various clients at various times who have been impressed with my work. Somewhat ironically, this has also made me quite busy, not giving me the time I used to have to do the little things to help all the projects like I once did, most often at no charge. It has made me choose carefully what I commit to, but the lessons learned along the way have been invaluable.
Tokenomics
INCOME is a limited token supply, each token is backed by the assets in the fund and we don't print any more of them lightly, although we can do and have done as long as we sell them above the NAV price so as not to dilute holders. Right now 14,000 have been printed.

Circulating Supply: 12962.368
The circulating supply is less than the total supply just because the fund holds some of those tokens, 1037.632 to be precise, 82 of them are for sale at 11 HIVE each and the rest are in the LP pool.
We made an LP pool, as one of our umbrella projects is @locolombia Hive-Engine witness, topped ranked, and we produce some amount of BEE that we like to try to invest in good projects by purchasing Hive-Engine services, such as pools. What better project than our own? I think the pool has been massively successful by allowing people to get in and out of INCOME token and giving them some confidence that it will be easy to do so.
Hard HIVE backing
One of the anima for this post is that we are getting very close to 80k HP on our fund. This is a great milestone to celebrate, and I am really happy about it. I don't know the future, we might get to 90k before the bear is over or everything could pop tomorrow (or while I'm writing this post), but we have done great work in increasing our HIVE power during this period.
It is super important because while HIVE is cheap we want to make sure we get as much of it as we can, when HIVE is expensive it will go further when we 'invest it', conservatively of course.
We also have topped 20,000 HIVE SBI units, a great program that I am very happy with and which represents another 10k HIVE in 'hard HIVE backing'.
And don't forget the 10495.925 Swap.Hive we have in the LP - with this we have over 100,000 HIVE secured for our fund!
Other investments
We also have a diverse portfolio of promising projects on Hive-Engine and elsewhere, in the future I might do a post about these holdings and what they might be worth. Keep an eye out for that.
Curation Report
Daily, @ecoinstats makes a post for the fund, where we allow INCOME holders to select the most worthy FRESH posts to be shown. We only select posts that have been published in the last 22 hours, meaning that for at least 2 hours, all posts featured are viable curation targets. I myself use this report many days to see if there is anything interesting to read or to vote on. Its a useful tool!
We go through the list of INCOME token holders and look for fresh posts or reblogs - if you hold INCOME and do not post certain days, make sure to take advantage of this by reblogging worthy posts!
Help us decentralize curation by participating, and spread out vote around! We chose 13 posts per day, and so far it is going really well. One thing we have added is that if actifit is anywhere related to the post, we don't feature it. We retain the right to make such changes as we see fit in the future, to keep the quality as high as possible.

I didn't realize that the INCOME token has a diesel pool now. At least there will be a good way for people to get in and out of the token.
I didn't know that either. Volume for last 30 days is $941.456 which is only 0.1% of SWAP.HIVE:DEC pair. But it is a good start.
Your post write up is quite detailed and an understandable . But in such aspect you did have to relates only on the income holder over post posting and possible reblog . Mainly so as to get curated.
Moreso , if happen indeed I want to become part in your community how possible would I get count as income holder .?
