Seems like a very sensible idea. That is an important topic.
I've written one before, I will double-check it to not repeat myself. If it's more or less the same info, I will burn part or all of the rewards, but I will try to make it unique.
No reason to burn anything. Even if you are repeating yourself, it is important information that new people need to see.
As long as you write and dont just copy/paste, no problem there.
And putting topics in Spanish is always a good idea.
English translation is good as there are many English users
