After reading this now I understand better when they say that this bull run is different that the one on the end of 2017.
The adoption that Visa will make sounds specially bullish.

Well Visa is looking at an overall strategy, not Bitcoin specific. However, they are seeking to provide an on and off ramp to crypto which should help things greatly.
