  2. Write a post everyday.
  3. Try to make insightful comments on accounts that already have success.

Writing a post everyday is less important when you are new and getting zero attention, but it's also good to just be in the habit and to have something for others to look at should they click your name.

Your profile also says you are a programmer with technical skills.

It's always possible you could find a job here that pays more than the one you have.
I don't know how familiar you are with Hive's API or JavaScript or Node.JS
I don't know how much free time you have to learn new things or take a side-gig.
Many devs on Hive have very little presence but they still get paid well.
