Out of curiosity how many people have you seen get a business loan and build a successful business with it? Or perhaps just get a home loan and double their money within a solid housing market?

I have met dozens of people who have multiplied their money in the housing market but not a single one of them had taken a loan for any property. and some people who had taken home loans are still paying the installments of those loans.
