THE VALUE OF TIME
Value of a thing is the worth of that thing, you can’t compare the worth of a diamond or gold to silver that’s because they have different inherent values that makes them what they’re and so this values attracts the amount equivalent to their values(Monetary values),

When I did this analogy I realized that TIME IS ONLY VALUEABLE WHEN EXPERIENCE IS ATTACHED, no doubt

Time is the only Thing we all have as humans

when you’re paid, it’s the time you exchange for producing the companies product or service, the underlining determinant of how valuable your time is THE EXPERIENCE you have gained over time

Experiences are only gotten over time, that is if you only know how valuable your time is then you won’t waste it doing something that is not necessary or productive or that could add to your value, if one is focused engaging time consistently you realize that his experience level go up so quick compare to others who might not know how to value their time, this tip right here is what management use to critically evaluate their staffs for promotion and hiring new staffs

“TIME IS MONEY” of course western companies leverage on this knowing how valuable time is, so it’s like staffs are paid on a pieces-rate system or rather say Earn as you Work, so you feel more satisfied with yourself, for the experience you exchanged for a period of time.

The psychology of efficient productivity is the underlined factor mainly used by companies to rate staffs performance, one time my colleague asked a question what would be the base for employment would it be ”Experience or performance”, experience here is gotten over time but performance here will be actually putting these experiences to work which will determine how valuable the staffs is, so you can’t actually know how experience someone is untill you know the level of their performance which will now determined how valuable they will be to the organization,

The aim of every company is to out smart it’s competitors which makes them aim at
”Efficient productivity”- this is the perfect combination of highly skilled and experienced humans to get the desired result within the shortest possible time frame which is speed, in Achieving the goals and objectives of the organization by doing these they get more client And customers because there is, always availability of their products and services whenever customer need them.

So if as an individual you can have an insight into what companies want before hiring, then you would better position your self in every way to value every moment you have in gathering experience cause later on you would need it, the higher the experience, the higher the value and self worth.
