RE: SEED Holdings Report #15 : +250K$ in backed assets; Plans & next priorities

in LeoFinance3 years ago

Sound quiet stupid for all of us, not to play this way in crypto space.

The thing is not that many are willing (or just can't) to allocate +50K$ into a token (DAO) and to keep depositing 200-750$ weekly to get presales.

However, once you're big enough (my case), that's a no-brainer.

Somebody else does the research for you, somebody else works behind the scenes to provide a good starting point and you just have to commit with a lockup of 6-16 months which doesn't even matter because you get +100% ROI (already out) in day one because the token makes an x5-10 in most cases.

You let a few months operate like that and when you notice u have exposure to 10-20 gamefi/Defi projects with virtually 0 risk (since you already recovered everything).

In fact, is what Binance does. They ask for a % of the supply of a token for a listing (1-2% usually). Thye now owns like 1% of everything and it's how they manage to get BILLIONS in yearly profit.

ps didn't you intend to write 'higher' in the sentence: 'But the real number is much, much lower'? Or am I just too slow this morning to understand what you try to say with this in the context to the rest?

It was me formulating the sentence in a strange way though.

My point is that the total supply is 96,5K (soon 100K), but that the real number is much, much less.

If we discount my take plus what my Private investors own, it's already 55% of the supply or 55K SEED.

Take out 20K SEED from investors which 'just' aren't willing to sell anytime soon (however they're not forced to hold) and you'll find soon that the 'real' floating supply available to be bought is 20-30K... and not necessarily at this price.

Agree on the DAO play: 50k is a lot for many. But once being able to get such funds, its a very interesting play. Not for me to be honest, am just a SEED holder so I don't have to do anything :)
But who knows, I'll be looking at such play myself later on. Very interesting for sure.
