Adoption in the USA has been sabotaged by the SEC for so long. Now that the Trump clan sees an opportunity to make quick money (a lot of it), things are going to change.
However, it depends on who's coming after Trump. I truly hope people will wake up and won't vote grandpas. Voting someone younger in office, with open mind could speed up the process.
