Before going through all two hours of it, what about marketing the Leo ecosystem and services? As I gathered from @leofinance recent post you do have a marketing plan of action? Is there a plan B too? You should have both plans A and B in place. There are many external and internal risks that can influence your planning and make it useless.
It would be nice if you could outline the marketing plan for the community to see that all bases are covered. Don't go into details though. The general time plan of action would be quite OK.

PS: I see being listed on various aggregation sites like @coingecko or dappradar as part of marketing too. Please, tell us what's going on in this area?

Marketing/ Publicity are important,
...but members of the community can do some of it, while the devs work on dev stuff for the token. I agree with you, especially on the some of it part. Not all of it.
The producer, the team, the devs, whatever you call it, should have a primary role in promoting their product. Living the promotion to the community is not doing everything possible for your product to succeed!.
Yes, we can help. Help.
The same goes for constant, transparent, and respectful communication. The team should communicate all the time, inside it, and outside, towards the community (ie. current users) and towards possible new users and investors. All the time.
Being busy developing the product is not an excuse to skip promotion and communication! You are always busy.
That said, yes, I'll check out your link and help.
