Many people learn history's lessons. Sadly, there are also many people who follow ideologies which discourage knowledge of history, or they attempt 2reset history so that nothing exists before their arrival. At the moment, they R ascendant.
The history repeat itself because we the humans are cyclic creatures. We ignore the experiences of past generations because believe that we know better how to do it.
