Crypto regulations are norm. And people can't stop it now. Some of the regulations would be pro banks. And some of the regulations would be pro consumers. In short they are going to be controlling the crypto.
Most of the time people assume that crypto is in process of go down. But the thing is that there will be regulation. India, USA, Singapore and other nations started it and for right reasons too.
Now it's time for the Europe to get into the same. If things work out in the right order we would be seeing the MiCA a regulation that would be happening around.
Let's talk about it.
European Union’s Bill
EU has decided to take things into the hands. And they passed a bill in 2022. You can see the regulation that is in the process and that would be chanigng the life in near future.
Crypto investors need to be protected from the fly by night type of the tokens. And so there would be less rug pull. And we have to watch out from those sort of the things that are about to happen as well.
And this bill would be protecting the companies, exchanges and the investors from variety of scams and the issues that are happening with the EU. If things work out properly then we would be seeing the changes in the market.
Regulating the Centralized
We thought they would be controlling the decentralized. Some of the assets that are out there with the exchanges would be the centralized one. And the banks would be also collateral to some of the exchanges. So there will be regulation.
And the digital assets in near future would be getting the option to borrow loans against. So they have to make sure that digital assets are in such way that they can be enforced under the law. So new laws and the enforcement would happen.
My speculation is that decentralized assets would continue to work. And we won't be seeing anything going down on that front. But we have to think of the upcoming future with variety of things that are changed in the small parts.
Markets change, Regulations will Follow
We enjoyed the uninterrupted crypto in the past. And the golden era is over. And we are now in the process of facing the changes with laws and also limited new funds that are about to happen from this point onwards.
So in that sense we have to plan the regulations response in such a way that we invest in Ethereum, Bitcoin and others which wont be coming under the regulation to bite us in a way that would affect us more.
What do you think?
