Take a 10-30 minute walk every day and while you walk along, SMILE. It is the ultimate antidepressant, but if you make it up to an hour you will surely be happy.

I've heard about this habit, and it really does help a lot. I've also seen that expressing gratitude three times and smiling three times can help too.

What a good idea. I would never have thought of that. I'll give it a try, let's see if these gray days get a little better.
