The truth is that more than just the name, many things are needed, such as the withe paper, the roadmap, tokenomics, among other things that have yet to be clarified.
I think that if so far there has not been much clarification on this project, it is because it is something complicated, since no one wants Hive or leofinance to be filled with worthless garbage, and also certain rules have to be set.
Of course, there may also be other reasons, who knows.
