True, I believe this is one of the most important concepts that newbies don;t get. They focus on writing really good posts, but when your new, your posts are frequently not read by anyone because they don't know your here. this leads to frustration and burn out. Instead they should focus on engaing with people, so they become known and then people will go read their blog. I make it a point to engage with a reward with large upvotes..hint hint. So consider following me and commenting on my posts.

Do you know that nowadays people start generating AI content, and this can be problematic in the future, and only a creative writer can survive, but engagement is the thing that is irreplaceable by artificial intelligence.
