As for Leo tokens, best time to power up those is on the 15th of each month for Leo Power Up Day. Powering up on that day and writing a post with #LPUD tag will then qualify you for a draw in some amazing delegations.

There are a few way to collect Leo tokens. Mainly posting long form content on LeoFinance (you will no doubt get some for posting this post about Power up day), posting short form content in LeoFinance threads (it’s like Twitter) and delegating HP to @leo.voter
