I think that a scoring system should be created based on the speed and quality with which the tasks are done, or perhaps even give a certain amount of points to the first 10 who complete the task, then another amount to the next ones.

That's right with the current system just by doing the tasks no one displaces those at the top but if it were like I told you at least there was the possibility of recontaining some points and climbing positions if you do everything quickly
