Splinterlands + Hive Power
Huge opportunity for me. I take the time to create and buy 50+ hive accounts and spellbooks using someone's money, they bot the accounts then split the earnings with me. It's worth it for them because I'll manually look after each account's daily quest potions and sell cards. Uh, I'm not sure who keeps potions! I'll have to ask them, but I'm pretty sure they do. Potions are great. We can't open packs without them, or at least we shouldn't, but they always run out too fast when we're on a spending spree.
The problem: I have to create 50 hive accounts. Not really a big deal, but since my curation APR is above 15%, I set up lease requests on dlease for like 14k HP. I get the money back and then some eventually, but most importantly, I can use the abundant mana to claim account tokens, therefore creating those accounts for free. But I still need more HP if I want to get the job done properly. Either way, I can just buy HIVE accounts using 3 HIVE if the situation calls for it - my SPS airdrop covers that much.
Having 15k+ hp demands authors to upvote. I'm going to follow and unfollow some people so I can easily keep tabs on stuff I want to curate. Hopefully they'll give me a pat my back too! I need people who constantly come up with 20+ hive rewards on each post, so the list shall be very limited. Maybe those who are "nearly there" can start using ecency too to give themselves that final boost.
I'm also playing on two accounts again, but they're at silver rank. I think Splinterlands easily pays more than Axie Infinity right now, on a much lower money investment.
Axie Infinity
My eggs hatched. I've contacted someone I trust to play on a new account. He'll be my scholar, but honestly? I'm underpaying him during the first month. That money still makes a lot of difference to him and nobody else would offer this opportunity, so I'm pretty sure he'll love it. I just need that extra boost to myself first.
I've got 10 axies in total right now. Earlier today, my SLP was unlocked, so I'm going to buy 3 AXS (already got 1) to breed these chibi creatures. I got really lucky! Despite breeding using two aquas at 89% and 92%, I got a 94% offspring. Jackpot! All his R1 genes are aqua.
Last time, I bought AXS from finance. It was awful, because the withdrawal fee is too high. But it's still my best bet, because trying to use uniswap was a nightmare - $10 just to authorize using AXS, then another $30 to actually swap?? I wish I could use that Korean exchange instead of binance though, because their fees are really good.
Astral Entities
Bought another $40 founders set which is the lowest tier. Maybe I'll be able to buy a tier 2 for $150 soon. I haven't unpacked this second set. If I understood this correctly, NFTs coming from then are already at max level, so $40 is a really good price, considering a single alpha pack is $6. It comes with like 40 different units. All common rarity NFTs. The art is nice. I'm hyped, specially because of the single pack price. $6 is above average imo so maybe earnings will also be above average.
Steem
Since bidbots are allowed and there's some constant shady crap with SBD prices, if I'm not mistaken, I'm doubling my money every month using like 40 posts. But I don't care if no one reads them. Hive is a lot better in many ways, which is why I dedicate personal time to it, but doubling my STEEM coins is also enjoyable. Specially when I get lucky on a bidbot round and I get like 50% profit instead of the usual 10-20% for that post. I'd make more if I posted more, though. That's why I hired a ghost writer.
Getting personal
The house where I live is kind of a mess. The walls have started forming cracks on it. I'm pretty desperate to get my own place before the ceiling collapses on my head. My neighborhood is really nice, but because of a incredibly crappy renovation, I have a growing fear for my life. So yeah, if there's a decent amount of money involved, I crave whatever they throw at me.
