Some investor panic and fear the bear market just because the price of their asset is going down and quickly sell off their asset but they never knew that it’s only the price that go down and not their asset because asset and coin is still there.

It is normal for human to get scared but taking control of it , is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Panic and fear destroy thing easily, we get to sell off our set as quickly as possible and not even minding the price and at the end we incur losses.
The bear market is not a time to fear or panic , it is an opportunity and chance to add more to your portfolio.
During the bear you can hodl your asset or use DCA which is Dollar cost averaging where by you split your cash into different part and you start buying at different interval or make take off your eyes away from the market.
Bottom line: Don’t get scared panic or fear the bear market but rather see it as an opportunity to buy and add more to your portfolio.
