Hmm...I wonder though, when click the threads button on community page, it's comes visible on that same. So, can't actually understand why it would need a different layer?
I haven't make a thread on any community though, so I can't tell much about it.

That's how it appears on mobile, and when I click on a community it takes me back to thread main page with the community tag.
Ok, I see. It works differently on mobile. It's very different on desktop.
I have such an old phone that I never even dared to try threads on it.
I thread on mobile mostly due to my working nature, and only got to use desktop when I have electricity.
Ah, that's too bad. When I'm able to get a new phone I definitely try it mobile, usually the best ideas come in mind when I'm on the go.
