@josediccus, do you know, in a specialized world, generalists tend to thrive the most in their lives? Even if they take time to do it. Trying different things gives you a variety of experiences in many different areas. It prepares you for all the possible situations. You don't need to deep dive into everything. As you mentioned, the internet and tech have provided us with ample opportunities and we can make money by doing what we love from the comfort of our homes.

You're correct, deep diving into everything takes away your ability to explore into prospects that can be monetarily impactful. Having programming skills for example is monetizable on the internet even when a firm or company isn't really available and this is one of the best aspects of the internet. It means people can acquire the skills they want and put it to good use immediately.
