It is April fool day today which is celebrated on first of April every year. On this day generally people do something to make other people fool but I'm not doing anything like that.
Today is also the hive power-up day, which is called HPUD. You can check the live timer for the event to see when it is going to end.

This is a lifetime where you can see that the event will be ending slightly more than sixteen hours from now. We have enough time to do whatever is needed on this special day for the hive community. I called it a special day because on this day, the community was working together to stake more hives.
I purchased Hive and transferred it to the account. This process is easy, but the exchange asks for a memo, and I was slightly confused if I was doing it right or not, but then I remembered that last time I also did it. So, from the exchange, I can withdraw without any memo.
I have purchased hive on the exchange and moved it over to my account. Now the next section that is due from my side is to take those coins. This is easy process and can be done in less than one minute I believe. You just need to select the stake option and enter the amount. Verify the transaction and you are done. That is all you need to do to stake any number of hive coins.
I validated the transaction using key chain extension and I find it very easy and convenient.
The transaction is completed and you can see on the transaction history page also which is also available in the wallet. I moved 300 hive from the exchange to my account and powered up also. Exchange also charge a very small fee and it's fine.
Effective/Updated Hive Power
This is my biggest staking ever on Hive, and I am glad to do this. I'm setting up something in the back end so that I can buy more hive and stake as much as possible. The updated HP balance is 701 hive power now.
I'll be investing some money from my pocket, which is part of my investment in the crypto market. Hive is listed on a good number of exchanges so I'm just working to find the right way. Like I said that I'll be investing some free at money from my pocket to invest on hive. I'm still reading the charts and analysis about the hive and I hope to start my hive investing journey soon.
I also got this comments update about a successful power-up. Now, if I talk about the pricing for high, let me mention that I did some research and study about its pricing. If I do the comparison between its all-time high price, which was more than $3. Now the price is below 25 cents, so it is 90% down.
This shows that it's time to buy and I'm happy that I bought some but this is just the beginning and I'll be buying more, so you can see staking more hive this year. I just hope that I can grow it to 10k or more but it depends upon how much fiat I can manage and put on this platform.
