In our reply, we said please give us some time to add support for SWAP.HIVE to our private presale mechanism. This was not built in to the system and thus, we can’t send it until it is (it would ruin our accounting as it would create a blind spot)
I’ve told the dev team to drop all activities and focus on fixing this today for you before resuming any other work
